Redesign of the Growing Generations homepage to improve clarity, user experience, and conversion through an intuitive layout and compelling visuals.
Design and User Experience
I redesigned the homepage to clearly guide users (intended parents, surrogates, and donors) through the journey of working with Growing Generations. The new layout emphasizes credibility, experience, and outcomes through bold statistics, clear headings, and high-quality imagery. By working closely with marketing managers, we structured content and flows to highlight key services, steps in the surrogacy and donation process, and calls-to-action for each audience segment.
Key elements that support conversions:
Prominent CTAs for “Become a Parent,” “Become a Surrogate,” and “Become a Donor” at multiple touchpoints.
Highlighted statistics and success metrics to build trust (e.g., years of experience, number of babies born, success rates).
Step-by-step process sections for surrogates, donors, and intended parents to clearly communicate next steps.
Strategic use of imagery featuring families, surrogates, and donors to create emotional connection.
Organized content hierarchy and spacing to make information easy to scan and digest.
The redesigned homepage was built in Wix, with flexible sections for ongoing updates. Templates were configured for desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring responsive performance and consistent branding. Each component, from CTAs to process overviews, was implemented to maintain visual clarity, drive engagement, and support user conversions, while allowing the marketing team to easily manage content updates.
